We don’t know about you, but we don’t need an excuse to get ice cream. But, if you do need one, June 7th is National Chocolate Ice Cream Day - so it’s practically un-American to not get a cone.
We’ve put together a guide to ten of our favorite ice cream shops around San Diego, so grab some friends and get to at least one of these sweet spots (did someone say ice cream crawl…?).

Making their own ice cream and ice cream bars since 1978, Oasis has earned its name among San Diego’s top dogs. Known for its Mexican flavors and friendly staff it’s not uncommon for customers to double back for a second helping before heading out.
